【工作职责】

1. 全面负责团队搭建、管理,项目的具体推进、执行,完成年度业务指标;

2. 充分分析客户需求,制定寻访方案,寻找合适的候选人;

3. 针对客户公司的招聘计划给出专业的建议;

4. 通过日常的高端人选面谈沉淀积累人脉资源;

5. 参与公司其他项目,通过资源对接,盘活资源并变现;

 

【任职要求】

1. 5年以上猎头行业经验,有1-3年团队管理经验;

2. 本科及以上学历;

3. 以结果为导向,具备良好的团队精神和团队管理能力;

4. 学习能力强,抗压力好,能适应积累性行业前期积累阶段带来的压力;

5. 目标感强,有较强的的赚钱欲望。

汇报对象:顾问经理


【工作职责】

1. 辅助顾问经理进行目标市场的信息搜集、挖掘、整理;

2. 候选人寻访,沟通,完成目标公司的组织架构、业务团队、人员、管理层级,薪酬架构等信息的mapping任务;

3. 评定候选人适合的岗位及品牌进行匹配,推荐职位,匹配合适职位;

4. 给予候选人合理的求职建议,面试辅导;

5. 通过客户HR,有效理解客户用人要求,进行简历推荐,撰写适合每位候选人的推荐简历,跟进面试;

6. 团队交给的其他工作内容。


【任职要求】

1. 有1-4年猎头行业经验优先,例如医药、制造业、招聘咨询、互联网、零售业等。

2. 统招本科以上学历;

3. 个性开朗、自信,热爱沟通与社交,有强烈的进取心 、结果导向;

4. 有销售欲望,在工作中自我要求高,对工作积极向上,有自己的职业发展目标;

5. 请投递之前对猎头有一定的认知,踏实、稳重;

6. 有电销经验优先。能积极面对cold call的压力,化压力为动力;

7. 热爱生活,性格开朗,能积极面对挑战和承受压力;
